We do have smoke alarms in every room, kitchen etc.

Guest access
And guess what!!! We are now a self-checked in Condo! You can access the Condo, by entering the door on the left side of the porch as you enter the driveway, on your left-hand side of the door is a key safety box, where the key will be stored. Upon your arrival you can give us a call for the combinations to the key safety box. So! you now can check in at any time that is convenient for you. Will give more info during the booking of your reservation…

Other things to note
We now offer concierge services to our guests. If you need us to purchase any food or drinks, just send us your list of what you would like for us to purchase for you, and we would be happy to take some of the hassle out of your first few days here!!! You may want to go on a fishing trip while here or even to tour the caves, and other historical sites on mainland Eleuthera, or visit the Pigs on Spanish Wells, we can set this up for you, as a part of our service for just a small fee. We also offer golf cart rentals is a way of transportation on the Island it’s at $80.00 per day. It is a must have as the Condo is about 15 minutes from and shopping area in town..

The rate per night $550, plus security deposit of $750 will be returned in a month, if there’s no damages to property plus $80.00 for maid one time cleaning.

Guest safety is a top priority. The property is equipped with smoke detectors installed in key areas throughout the home to help ensure guest safety. These devices are regularly checked and maintained to provide early warning in the event of smoke or fire, offering added peace of mind during your stay.
